WE'RE VISIONARIES
We believe in the power of curiosity and a brighter future for all. We believe in empowering innovative and progressive organizations that move us all toward a greater common good. We believe our insightful research and bespoke education will create impactful, lasting change.
WE'RE DISRUPTORS
We've got what you need: actionable insights curated for specific needs combined with micro-learning opportunities created to meet specific goals. For you, that means less time and expense for bigger, bolder impact.
WE'RE GIVERS & DOERS
The flow of abundance is circular, so we put our money, our voice, and our time where we affect the most change. As a rule, 10% of our profits directly support nonprofits and NGOs.
WE'RE SUPERHEROES
MC experts and consultants are highly-resourceful, logically-creative individuals with do-gooding, save-the-whole-world spirits - carrying power packs of research-based insights and wisdom-filled nuggets on how to do it right!

WOMEN-OWNED STARTUP
Madame Curiosity was founded by two women, our board of directors is all female, and the majority of our experts and consultants are female. We listen to the science - and research shows that a workplace designed by women for women makes a better workplace for all employees, no matter their gender.
We serve as a model for all successful, inclusive, innovative startups.Â

PURPOSE BEYOND PROFITS
We live by the B-Corp ethos: higher levels of equality, stronger communities, a healthier world, and purposeful high-quality jobs with respected employees. As a Social Purpose Corp that will work to earn the B-Corp certification (over time), we are proving our intentions in using our business as a force for good.Â
Our purpose is to empower those who help others toward creating a better world for all.Â

TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
We operate as Madame Curiosity on the unceded territory of multiple First Nations people, past and present, including but not limited to: the Tocobaga, Seminole, Chehalis, Coast Salish, Modoc, Takelma, Shasta, and Klamath people. We recognize that these peoples are the rightful stewards of their ancestral territories, and we support the land sovereignty rights and claims of these nations and many others.
Our MC Gives Back program supports indigenous organizations.
EMBRACING TRANSFORMATIVE EQUALITY
At Madame Curiosity, we embrace a growth mindset and recognize that creating transformative equality is a process, so we continually explore ways to improve our work culture, our business practices and relationships, and our philanthropy goals. We partner with clients to improve practices for a more diverse and inclusive workforce, and offer actionable insights and micro-learning segments into how to do this successfully. As we expand, we'll prioritize diversity and inclusion in our client list and within our workforce. Members of marginalized and vulnerable groups are especially encouraged to work with us, either as clients or members of our organization.
We celebrate diversity and uniqueness among the members of our workforce, and it shows in the brilliance of our work.
